Situation:
As the sole Graphic Designer within our in-house marketing team, I collaborated closely with the Marketing Manager to execute a variety of campaigns aimed at promoting our company's products, services, membership sales, and gift cards.

Task:
My primary responsibility was to define the overarching design and creative direction for our eight annual campaigns. This involved initiating the campaign theme, crafting compelling taglines, and, upon approval from leadership, creating an extensive collateral list. Effective team organization and collaboration were crucial for ensuring the seamless execution of each campaign from inception to final delivery.

Action:
Teaming up with the Marketing Manager, we engaged in brainstorming sessions to generate innovative concepts for each campaign. Once these concepts were approved, I took the lead in sourcing the necessary assets and materials to bring our ideas to life. This included finding suitable images, graphics, and other elements to complement our campaign vision. With all required resources in hand, I meticulously crafted print, digital, and video commercial files that perfectly aligned with our campaign objectives. For major campaigns, I oversaw the file handoff with our shipping department and printer vendors, ensuring accurate orders and prompt delivery of high-quality materials. Also, I promptly addressed the distinct requirements of our 47 franchisee clients by fulfilling their ticket requests for personalized campaign materials tailored to their specific centers. This included providing printed, digital, and signage files, often entailing the coordination of printing and shipping to ensure timely delivery of the necessary assets.

Result:
Through my dedicated efforts, we successfully executed two years' worth of campaigns that deeply resonated with our target audience. These campaigns not only earned praise from our company's leadership, including the CEO and President, but also led to increased brand visibility and engagement. Additionally, our streamlined process for accommodating franchisee clients' needs contributed to overall satisfaction and strengthened our partnerships within our network.
